These workbooks are for the moments in the year when Chinese is everywhere: Chinese New Year, the Mid-Autumn Festival and the sayings people use all year round. Each one teaches the greetings, wishes and customs you will actually hear, with pinyin and English on every line.

The adult books explain what people say and why, from red-envelope wishes to the reunion dinner. The kids' books turn the same festivals into puzzles, colouring and crafts with Bao the panda, so a family or a class can get ready for the festival together.
