The wedding day has come and the palace is full, but the clock will strike twelve again, and the prince still wonders if Cinderella will run.

A few days later, the palace was full of people. The prince was getting married.
- Second Sister 姐姐，你看！这么多人！都是来看灰姑娘的！

Sister, look! So many people! They've all come to see Cinderella!
- Big Sister 对！我们的妹妹最好看！
Duì! Wǒmen de mèimei zuì hǎokàn!

- The King 王后，你看，我说对了吧？她最漂亮……还有你，王后！
Wánghòu, nǐ kàn, wǒ shuō duì le ba? Tā zuì piàoliang… hái yǒu nǐ, wánghòu!
My queen, look. Wasn't I right? She's the loveliest... and so are you, my queen!
- The Prince 灰姑娘，你来了！我一早上都在想：你会来吗？
Huī gūniang, nǐ lái le! Wǒ yì zǎoshang dōu zài xiǎng: nǐ huì lái ma?
Cinderella, you came! All morning I kept wondering: would you come?
- Cinderella 我来了。今天我的脚很听话，不跑了。
Wǒ lái le. Jīntiān wǒ de jiǎo hěn tīnghuà, bù pǎo le.
I'm here. Today my feet are behaving: no more running.
- Narrator 那天，王子和灰姑娘结婚了。
Nà tiān, wángzǐ hé Huī gūniang jiéhūn le.
That day, the prince and Cinderella were married.
- The Prince 灰姑娘，我的家，现在也是你的家了。
Huī gūniang, wǒ de jiā, xiànzài yě shì nǐ de jiā le.
Cinderella, my home is your home now.
- Cinderella 谢谢你。我的两个姐姐……也能住在这儿吗？
Xièxie nǐ. Wǒ de liǎng gè jiějie… yě néng zhù zài zhèr ma?
Thank you. My two sisters... could they live here too?
- The Prince 能！这儿房间很多！
Néng! Zhèr fángjiān hěn duō!
Of course! There are plenty of rooms here!
- Cinderella 大姐姐，二姐姐，你们来看！这是你们的房间。
Dà jiějie, Èr jiějie, nǐmen lái kàn! Zhè shì nǐmen de fángjiān.
Big Sister, Second Sister, come and see! These are your rooms.
- Second Sister 我们的房间？在王宫里？
Wǒmen de fángjiān? Zài wánggōng li?
Our rooms? In the palace?
- Cinderella 对。你们也住在这儿吧。房间很大，也不冷。
Duì. Nǐmen yě zhù zài zhèr ba. Fángjiān hěn dà, yě bù lěng.
Yes. You'll live here too. The rooms are big, and they aren't cold.
- Big Sister 妹妹，你的小房间那么冷……你还要给我们这么好的房间？
Mèimei, nǐ de xiǎo fángjiān nàme lěng… nǐ hái yào gěi wǒmen zhème hǎo de fángjiān?
Little sister, your little room was so cold... and still you want to give us rooms this fine?
- Cinderella 大姐姐，我原谅你们了。还有，今天你们也要结婚了！
Dà jiějie, wǒ yuánliàng nǐmen le. Hái yǒu, jīntiān nǐmen yě yào jiéhūn le!
Big Sister, I've forgiven you. And there's more: today you'll be married too!
- Second Sister 结婚？我们也结婚？和谁？
Jiéhūn? Wǒmen yě jiéhūn? Hé shéi?
Married? Us too? To whom?
- Cinderella 和王宫里的两个大臣。
Hé wánggōng li de liǎng gè dàchén.
To two great lords of the court.
- Second Sister 大臣？我要和大臣结婚？天哪！
Dàchén? Wǒ yào hé dàchén jiéhūn? Tiān na!
A lord? I'm going to marry a lord? Oh my!
- Big Sister 他们也要我们试鞋吗？
Tāmen yě yào wǒmen shì xié ma?
Will they want us to try on a slipper too?
- Cinderella 不要！脚大脚小，都可以结婚。
Bú yào! Jiǎo dà jiǎo xiǎo, dōu kěyǐ jiéhūn.
No! Big feet or small, anyone can marry.
- The Prince 灰姑娘，和我跳舞吧。今天晚上，我们不看时间！
Huī gūniang, hé wǒ tiàowǔ ba. Jīntiān wǎnshang, wǒmen bú kàn shíjiān!
Cinderella, dance with me. Tonight, we won't look at the time!
- Cinderella 好，不看。“记住：十二点！”……今天，我可以忘了。
Hǎo, bú kàn. “Jìzhù: shí'èr diǎn!”… Jīntiān, wǒ kěyǐ wàng le.
All right, no looking. "Remember: twelve o'clock!"... Today, I can forget it.
- The King 王后，来，我们也去跳舞吧。
Wánghòu, lái, wǒmen yě qù tiàowǔ ba.
Come, my queen. Let's go and dance too.
- The Prince 你听！十二点了。你的脚想跑吗？
Nǐ tīng! Shí'èr diǎn le. Nǐ de jiǎo xiǎng pǎo ma?
Listen! It's twelve o'clock. Do your feet want to run?
- Cinderella 不想。旧衣服，新衣服，你都爱我。我还跑什么？
Bù xiǎng. Jiù yīfu, xīn yīfu, nǐ dōu ài wǒ. Wǒ hái pǎo shénme?
No. Old clothes or new, you love me just the same. Why would I run?
- Narrator 灰姑娘很漂亮，人也很好。
Huī gūniang hěn piàoliang, rén yě hěn hǎo.
Cinderella was beautiful, and she was good, too.
