SayMei flashcards are a free Chinese vocabulary trainer that uses spaced repetition to show each word right before you'd forget it. They cover HSK 1-6 and run in any browser with nothing to install. After a lesson you save the words you met to My words in one tap; cards carry audio and, where one has been generated, an example sentence; and a review is one step — reveal the card, then say whether you recalled it. A free account stores your words and reviews up to 10 words a day with no card needed; Premium makes reviews unlimited.
Where the cards come from
You do not have to type in every word. Lessons with Mei Lin surface the vocabulary you just used so you can add a word, or the whole set, with one tap; you can also load the official HSK 1 through HSK 6 word lists in one click, or pick from a library of curated textbook, exam and topic-pack lists. Words you meet in the HSK 1 lesson songs and in listening practice save the same way. Each card shows hanzi, pinyin, the meaning, audio that plays when the answer is revealed, and a context sentence when one is available.
Scheduling you can tune
SayMei estimates when you are about to forget a word and books the next review for that day. Target retention defaults to 90 percent and can be set anywhere from 70 to 99 percent, so you can trade review volume against how much you are willing to forget.
