Beauty wears the bracelet and sets out to find the man in its picture. At nine the Beast asks his question again, and that night a new fear keeps her awake.

That morning, Beauty was still in the room full of mirrors.

The man in this bracelet: I've seen him in my dream.
- Beauty 在梦里，他要我找他，救他。

In the dream, he asked me to find him and save him.

- Beauty 很好。我去了你的花园，那里真漂亮！
Hěn hǎo. Wǒ qù le nǐ de huāyuán, nàlǐ zhēn piàoliang!
Good. I went to your garden. It's so beautiful there!
- The Beast 你喜欢，我很高兴。
Nǐ xǐhuan, wǒ hěn gāoxìng.
I'm glad you like it.
- Beauty 野兽，这个宫殿里，只有你一个人吗？
Yěshòu, zhège gōngdiàn li, zhǐyǒu nǐ yí gè rén ma?
Beast, are you the only one in this palace?
- The Beast 只有我。现在，还有你。
Zhǐyǒu wǒ. Xiànzài, hái yǒu nǐ.
Only me. And now, you.
- Beauty 只有他？那手镯里的人呢？
Zhǐyǒu tā? Nà shǒuzhuó li de rén ne?
Only him? Then what about the man in the bracelet?
- The Beast 美儿，做我的妻子，好吗？
Měi'ér, zuò wǒ de qīzi, hǎo ma?
Beauty, will you be my wife?

Bù, Yěshòu.

- The Beast 好吧……明天九点，我再来。

- Narrator 那天晚上，很晚了，美儿还没有睡觉。

That night it grew late, and Beauty still had not gone to sleep.

The Beast says he's the only one. I don't believe it.
- Beauty 我知道了！是野兽不要他回家，也不要他见我！
Wǒ zhīdào le! Shì Yěshòu bú yào tā huí jiā, yě bú yào tā jiàn wǒ!
I know! It's the Beast who won't let him go home, or let him see me!
