The flowers here are pretty… but the ones over there are even prettier!
- Little Red Riding Hood 红的、黄的、蓝的……奶奶一定很高兴！
Hóng de, huáng de, lán de… nǎinai yídìng hěn gāoxìng!
Red ones, yellow ones, blue ones… Grandma will be so happy!
- Narrator 小红帽越走越远。大灰狼呢？他一直在跑。
Xiǎo Hóngmào yuè zǒu yuè yuǎn. Dà Huīláng ne? Tā yìzhí zài pǎo.
She wandered farther and farther away. And the wolf? He ran and ran, without stopping once.
- The Big Gray Wolf 快跑，快跑！那个猎人找了我很久了，别让他看见我！
Kuài pǎo, kuài pǎo! Nàge lièrén zhǎo le wǒ hěn jiǔ le, bié ràng tā kànjiàn wǒ!
Run, run! That hunter has been after me for ages. He mustn't see me!
- The Big Gray Wolf 三棵大树，一个小房子……到了！
Sān kē dà shù, yí gè xiǎo fángzi… dào le!
Three big trees, one little house… Here it is!
- Grandma 谁啊？

- The Big Gray Wolf 奶奶，是我，小红帽！我给你带来了蛋糕！
Nǎinai, shì wǒ, Xiǎo Hóngmào! Wǒ gěi nǐ dàilái le dàngāo!
Grandma, it's me, Little Red Riding Hood! I've brought you some cake!
- Grandma 是小红帽啊？门没关，你进来吧。奶奶病了，起不来。
Shì Xiǎo Hóngmào a? Mén méi guān, nǐ jìnlái ba. Nǎinai bìng le, qǐ bù lái.
Is that you, Little Red Riding Hood? The door's open, come on in. Grandma's sick and can't get up.
- The Big Gray Wolf 好，奶奶，我来了！
Hǎo, nǎinai, wǒ lái le!
All right, Grandma, here I come!
- Grandma 啊！你不是小红帽！你是……大灰狼！
À! Nǐ bú shì Xiǎo Hóngmào! Nǐ shì… Dà Huīláng!
Oh! You're not Little Red Riding Hood! You're… the Big Gray Wolf!
- The Big Gray Wolf 对！老奶奶，你的帽子，给我吧！
Duì! Lǎo nǎinai, nǐ de màozi, gěi wǒ ba!
That's right! Now, Granny, hand over your nightcap!
- Grandma 你……你要做什么？
Nǐ… nǐ yào zuò shénme?
What… what are you going to do?
- The Big Gray Wolf 别怕，我现在不吃你。你去衣柜里坐一会儿吧！

The wolf shut Grandma inside the wardrobe.
- Grandma 开门！开门！放我出去！
Kāimén! Kāimén! Fàng wǒ chūqù!
Open up! Open up! Let me out!
- The Big Gray Wolf 奶奶的帽子，戴上……帽子太小，耳朵太大。没关系！
Nǎinai de màozi, dài shàng… màozi tài xiǎo, ěrduo tài dà. Méi guānxi!
Grandma's nightcap, on it goes… The cap's too small and my ears are too big. Never mind!
- The Big Gray Wolf 我像不像奶奶？
Wǒ xiàng bú xiàng nǎinai?
Do I look like Grandma?
- Grandma 不像！一点儿也不像！
Bú xiàng! Yìdiǎnr yě bú xiàng!

Oh no! Grandma! I forgot all about Grandma!
- Little Red Riding Hood 快走，快走！回大路，别跑……奶奶在等我呢！
Kuài zǒu, kuài zǒu! Huí dàlù, bié pǎo… nǎinai zài děng wǒ ne!
Hurry, hurry! Back to the path, and no running… Grandma's waiting for me!
- Little Red Riding Hood 三棵大树……到了！奶奶，我来了！
Sān kē dà shù… dào le! Nǎinai, wǒ lái le!
