Jane is falling for Mr. Bingley, Charlotte has some very practical ideas about marriage, and proud Mr. Darcy can't stop looking at the girl he called “tolerable”.

Honestly, he's young, rich and handsome. He has everything. No wonder he's proud.

Pride and vanity are not the same. Pride is how we see ourselves. Vanity is how we want others to see us.

Thank you, Mary. Then Mr. Darcy has both.

Elizabeth, Jane is too quiet. She likes Mr. Bingley, but she doesn't let him see it at all.

She's only known him a few weeks!

Charlotte, you're joking. You'd never do that yourself.

One evening, everyone gathered at Charlotte's house. Mr. Darcy kept his eyes on Elizabeth.
