Big fellow, what's your name?
- Little John 我叫小约翰。
Wǒ jiào Xiǎo Yuēhàn.
My name is Little John.
- Robin Hood 小约翰？可是你一点儿也不小！
Xiǎo Yuēhàn? Kěshì nǐ yìdiǎnr yě bù xiǎo!
Little John? But you're not little at all!
- Little John 大家都这么说！好了，小个子，回去吧。
Dàjiā dōu zhème shuō! Hǎo le, xiǎo gèzi, huíqù ba.
Everyone says that! Now go home, little man.
- Robin Hood 小个子？我要过桥。你让开！
Xiǎo gèzi? Wǒ yào guò qiáo. Nǐ ràng kāi!
Little man? I'm crossing. Get out of my way!
- Little John 不让！想过桥？那就来打！我有长木棍。
Bú ràng! Xiǎng guò qiáo? Nà jiù lái dǎ! Wǒ yǒu cháng mùgùn.
No! Want to cross? Then fight me! I have a long stick.
- Robin Hood 好！我也有木棍。
Hǎo! Wǒ yě yǒu mùgùn.
Fine! I have a stick too.
- Little John 来吧，小个子！木棍在手！一，二，三！
Lái ba, xiǎo gèzi! Mùgùn zài shǒu! Yī, èr, sān!
Come on, little man! Sticks up! One, two, three!
- Robin Hood 看我的！
Kàn wǒ de!
Watch this!
- Little John 不错！可是我比你大，也比你有力气！
Bú cuò! Kěshì wǒ bǐ nǐ dà, yě bǐ nǐ yǒu lìqi!
Not bad! But I'm bigger than you, and stronger too!
- Robin Hood 这里！那里！你打不到我！
Zhèlǐ! Nàlǐ! Nǐ dǎ bú dào wǒ!
Here! There! You can't hit me!
- Little John 是吗？那我打得更快！这一下，你要下河了！
Shì ma? Nà wǒ dǎ de gèng kuài! Zhè yí xià, nǐ yào xià hé le!
Is that so? Then I'll hit faster! With this one, you're going in the river!
- Robin Hood 哎呀！不好！
Āiyā! Bù hǎo!
Oh no! Uh-oh!
- Robin Hood 啊！好冷！
À! Hǎo lěng!
Aah! It's freezing!
- Little John 小个子下河了！你看你，像一只小鱼！
Xiǎo gèzi xià hé le! Nǐ kàn nǐ, xiàng yì zhī xiǎo yú!
The little man is in the river! Look at you, like a little fish!
- Robin Hood 这次是你的！大个子，我洗了一个澡！
Zhè cì shì nǐ de! Dà gèzi, wǒ xǐ le yí gè zǎo!
This round is yours! Big fellow, I took a bath!
- Little John 来，给你我的手。快起来，小个子！
Lái, gěi nǐ wǒ de shǒu. Kuài qǐlái, xiǎo gèzi!
Here, take my hand. Get up, little man!
- Robin Hood 谢谢你。我是罗宾汉，住在森林里。
Xièxie nǐ. Wǒ shì Luóbīnhàn, zhù zài sēnlín lǐ.
Thank you. I'm Robin Hood, and I live in the forest.
- Little John 罗宾汉？！我打了罗宾汉？！
Luóbīnhàn?! Wǒ dǎ le Luóbīnhàn?!
Robin Hood?! I hit Robin Hood?!
- Robin Hood 你打得很好。我的朋友都没有你大！
Nǐ dǎ de hěn hǎo. Wǒ de péngyou dōu méiyǒu nǐ dà!
You fought well. None of my friends is as big as you!
- Robin Hood 小约翰，来森林吧。那里有肉吃，有好玩的事，还有很多朋友。
Xiǎo Yuēhàn, lái sēnlín ba. Nàlǐ yǒu ròu chī, yǒu hǎowán de shì, hái yǒu hěn duō péngyou.
Little John, come to the forest. There's meat to eat, fun to be had, and lots of friends.
- Little John 真的？我一直想认识你！
Zhēn de? Wǒ yìzhí xiǎng rènshi nǐ!
Really? I've always wanted to meet you!
- Robin Hood 好！从今天起，你是我们的人。
Hǎo! Cóng jīntiān qǐ, nǐ shì wǒmen de rén.
Good! From today, you're one of us.
- Little John 对了，罗宾。河那边有一个胖修士。
Duì le, Luóbīn. Hé nàbiān yǒu yí gè pàng xiūshì.
Oh, Robin. On the other side of the river there's a fat friar.
- Little John 他很大，也很会打。以前，他背我过河……
Tā hěn dà, yě hěn huì dǎ. Yǐqián, tā bēi wǒ guò hé…
He's big and he can fight. Once, he carried me across the river...
- Robin Hood 然后呢？
Ránhòu ne?
And then?
- Little John 然后，我就在河里了！
Ránhòu, wǒ jiù zài hé lǐ le!
And then, I was in the river!
- Robin Hood 太好了！带我去见他！
Tài hǎo le! Dài wǒ qù jiàn tā!
Wonderful! Take me to meet him!
