I have a little shop. A man there, Vincent, works for me.

One day he said, "Sir, look at the newspaper! The Red-Headed League wants people!"

A rich old man has passed away. His hair was red too.

His money goes to red-haired people. The work is good, four pounds a week!

Yes! Vincent and I went. There were so many people, and every one of them had red hair!
- Jabez Wilson 一位先生来看我的头发。他拉了一下。“疼！”我叫。

A gentleman came to look at my hair. He gave it a pull. "Ow!" I yelled.
- Sherlock Holmes 哈哈！他怕你的头发是假的！
Hāhā! Tā pà nǐ de tóufa shì jiǎ de!
Ha! He was afraid your hair was fake!
- Jabez Wilson 对！他说：“好！是真的！你可以做这个工作！”
Duì! Tā shuō: “Hǎo! Shì zhēn de! Nǐ kěyǐ zuò zhège gōngzuò!”
Right! He said, "Good! It's real! You can have the job!"
