大鸟和钻石
On his second voyage, Sinbad is left behind beside an egg as big as a house. To escape he trusts a giant bird, and lands in a valley of diamonds and snakes.

How big? As big as a chicken?
- Sinbad the Sailor 像一座房子那么大！它一飞，天都黑了。
Xiàng yízuò fángzi nàme dà! Tā yìfēi, tiān dōu hēi le.
As big as a house! When it flew, the whole sky went dark.
- Sinbad the Porter 快讲，快讲！我要听后来怎么了！
Kuài jiǎng, kuài jiǎng! Wǒyào tīng hòulái zěnme le!

Yí? Chuán ne? Tāmen zěnme bǎ wǒ yígè rén wàng zài zhège dìfang le?
Huh? Where's the ship? How could they forget me here all alone?
- Sinbad the Sailor 喂！有人吗？船长！萨利姆！你们在哪儿？
Wèi! Yǒurén ma? Chuánzhǎng! Sàlìmǔ! Nǐmen zài nǎr?
Hello! Anyone there? Captain! Salim! Where are you?
- Sinbad the Sailor 那是什么？一个白色的大房子？可是它没有门，也没有窗。
Nà shì shénme? Yígè báisè de dàfángzi? Kěshì tā méiyǒu mén, yě méiyǒu chuāng.
What's that? A big white house? But it has no door and no window.
- Sinbad the Sailor 它是热的！啊，这是一个蛋！一个很大很大的蛋！
Tā shì rè de! A, zhèshì yígè dàn! Yígè hěndà hěndà de dàn!
It's warm! Oh, this is an egg! A very, very big egg!
- Sinbad the Sailor 什么鸟会生这么大的蛋？我可不想见到它的妈妈。
Shénme niǎohuìshēng zhème dà de dàn? Wǒ kě bùxiǎng jiàndào tā de māma.
What kind of bird lays an egg this big? I really don't want to meet its mother.
- Sinbad the Sailor 天怎么突然黑了？啊，是一只大鸟！
Tiān zěnme tūrán hēi le? A, shì yìzhī dàniǎo!
Why did the sky suddenly go dark? Oh no, it's a giant bird!
- Sinbad the Sailor 它是回来看它的蛋的。我不能一个人留在这个岛上。
Tā shì huílái kàn tā de dàn de. Wǒ bùnéng yígè rén liúzài zhège dǎoshàng.
It came back to look at its egg. I can't stay on this island alone.

Dàniǎo a, qǐng nǐ dài zhe wǒ hé wǒ de tóujīn, qù yǒurén de dìfang ba!
Great bird, please take me and my turban to a place where there are people!
- Sinbad the Sailor 飞起来了！好高啊！我们已经在云的上面了！
Fēi qǐlái le! Hǎo gāo a! Wǒmen yǐjīng zài yún de shàngmiàn le!
We're flying! It's so high! We're already above the clouds!
- Sinbad the Sailor 别看下面，别看下面……我的腿好软。
Biékàn xiàmiàn, biékàn xiàmiàn… Wǒ de tuǐ hǎo ruǎn.
Don't look down, don't look down... my legs are so wobbly.
- Sinbad the Sailor 哎呀！我掉下来了。大鸟已经走了。
Āiyā! Wǒ diàoxiàlái le. Dàniǎo yǐjīng zǒu le.
Ouch! I fell down. The bird is already gone.
- Sinbad the Sailor 这里到处都是石头！不对，那是钻石！
Zhèlǐ dàochù dōu shì shítou! Bú duì, nà shì zuànshí!
There are stones everywhere here! No, wait, those are diamonds!
- Sinbad the Sailor 一个，两个，三个！我要有很多很多钱了！
Yígè, liǎnggè, sāngè! Wǒyào yǒu hěnduōhěnduō qián le!
One, two, three! I'm going to have so much money!
- Sinbad the Sailor 什么声音？哎呀，这里还有很多大蛇！
Shénme shēngyīn? Āiyā, zhèlǐ háiyǒu hěnduō dàshé!
What's that sound? Oh no, there are lots of big snakes here too!
- Sinbad the Sailor 山这么高，蛇这么多，我怎么才能上去呢？
Shān zhème gāo, shé zhème duō, wǒ zěnme cáinéng shàngqù ne?
The cliffs are so high and the snakes so many. How can I ever get up?
- Sinbad the Sailor 咦，天上掉下来一大块肉！
Yí, tiānshàngdiào xiàlái yídàkuài ròu!
Huh? A big piece of meat fell from the sky!
- Sinbad the Sailor 肉上都是钻石！我知道了！
Ròu shàng dōu shì zuànshí! Wǒ zhīdào le!
The meat is covered in diamonds! I get it!
- Sinbad the Sailor 商人把肉扔下来，大鸟把肉带上去，然后商人来拿钻石。
Shāngrén bǎ ròu rēngxiàlái, dàniǎo bǎ ròu dàishàngqù, ránhòu shāngrén lái ná zuànshí.
The merchants throw the meat down, the birds carry it up, and then the merchants come for the diamonds.
- Sinbad the Sailor 我也可以这样！我把钻石放进口袋里，再把自己绑在肉上。
Wǒ yě kěyǐ zhèyàng! Wǒ bǎ zuànshí fàngjìn kǒudài lǐ, zài bǎ zìjǐ bǎng zài ròu shàng.
I can do that too! I'll put diamonds in my pockets and tie myself to the meat.
- Sinbad the Sailor 蛇先生们，再见了！你们的家很漂亮，可是我不住这儿。
Shé xiānsheng men, zàijiàn le! Nǐmen de jiā hěnpiàoliang, kěshì wǒ búzhù zhèr.
Goodbye, Mr. Snakes! Your home is lovely, but I don't live here.
- Sinbad the Sailor 来了，一只大鸟！抓紧了，辛巴达！
Lái le, yìzhī dàniǎo! Zhuājǐn le, Xīnbādá!
Here it comes, a big bird! Hold on tight, Sinbad!
- Diamond Merchant 天哪！肉上怎么有一个人？那是我的钻石！
Tiān nǎ! Ròushàng zěnme yǒu yígè rén? Nà shì wǒ de zuànshí!
