That night, the seven dwarfs stood by the bed, looking at Snow White.
- The Fourth Dwarf 天哪，她真漂亮！
Tiān na, tā zhēn piàoliang!
Oh my, she's so beautiful!
- The Sixth Dwarf 漂亮？她也睡了我的床！
Piàoliang? Tā yě shuì le wǒ de chuáng!
Beautiful? She slept in my bed too!

She can have my bed. I'll sleep with you all, one hour with each!
- The Sixth Dwarf 好，一个小时！不能多！
Hǎo, yí gè xiǎoshí! Bù néng duō!
Fine, one hour! Not a minute more!
- Narrator 第二天早上，白雪公主醒了。
Dì èr tiān zǎoshang, Báixuě gōngzhǔ xǐng le.
The next morning, Snow White woke up.
- Snow White 你们是谁？我有点儿怕……
Nǐmen shì shéi? Wǒ yǒudiǎnr pà…
Who are you? I'm a little scared...
- The First Dwarf 你醒了！不要怕。我们是小矮人，这是我们的家。
Nǐ xǐng le! Bú yào pà. Wǒmen shì xiǎo'ǎirén, zhè shì wǒmen de jiā.
You're awake! Don't be afraid. We're dwarfs, and this is our home.
- Snow White 小矮人？这不是七个孩子的家吗？
Xiǎo'ǎirén? Zhè bú shì qī gè háizi de jiā ma?
Dwarfs? Isn't this the home of seven children?
- The Fourth Dwarf 孩子？我们不是孩子！我们都很大了！
Háizi? Wǒmen bú shì háizi! Wǒmen dōu hěn dà le!
Children? We're not children! We're all grown up!
- The Second Dwarf 你叫什么名字？
Nǐ jiào shénme míngzi?
What's your name?
- Snow White 我叫白雪公主。
Wǒ jiào Báixuě gōngzhǔ.
My name is Snow White.
- The Third Dwarf 白雪公主，你的家呢？
Báixuě gōngzhǔ, nǐ de jiā ne?
Snow White, where's your home?
- Snow White 我没有家了。王后要我死，她叫猎人杀我。
Wǒ méiyǒu jiā le. Wánghòu yào wǒ sǐ, tā jiào lièrén shā wǒ.
I don't have a home anymore. The Queen wants me dead. She told the huntsman to kill me.
- The Fifth Dwarf 王后？她不是好人！
Wánghòu? Tā bú shì hǎorén!
The Queen? She's not a good person!
- Snow White 猎人是好人，他没有杀我。我在森林里跑，跑到了这儿。
Lièrén shì hǎorén, tā méiyǒu shā wǒ. Wǒ zài sēnlín li pǎo, pǎo dào le zhèr.
The huntsman is a good man. He didn't kill me. I ran through the forest, all the way here.
- The Sixth Dwarf 跑到这儿，还吃了我们的饭！
Pǎo dào zhèr, hái chī le wǒmen de fàn!
All the way here, and then she ate our dinner!
- Snow White 对不起！我只吃了一点儿……
Duìbuqǐ! Wǒ zhǐ chī le yìdiǎnr…
I'm sorry! I only had a little...
- The First Dwarf 没关系。白雪公主，你会做饭吗？会洗衣服吗？
Méi guānxi. Báixuě gōngzhǔ, nǐ huì zuò fàn ma? Huì xǐ yīfu ma?
Never mind. Snow White, can you cook? Can you wash clothes?
- Snow White 会！做饭、洗衣服、做衣服，我都会！
Huì! Zuò fàn, xǐ yīfu, zuò yīfu, wǒ dōu huì!
Yes! Cooking, washing, sewing, I can do it all!
- The Seventh Dwarf 那你和我们住吧！我们的家，也是你的家！
Nà nǐ hé wǒmen zhù ba! Wǒmen de jiā, yě shì nǐ de jiā!
Then live with us! Our home is your home too!
- Snow White 好！谢谢你们！我有家了！
Hǎo! Xièxie nǐmen! Wǒ yǒu jiā le!
Yes! Thank you! I have a home!
- The First Dwarf 我们去山里找金子了。王后会知道你在这儿的。
Wǒmen qù shān li zhǎo jīnzi le. Wánghòu huì zhīdào nǐ zài zhèr de.
We're off to the mountains to look for gold. The Queen will find out you're here.
- The Seventh Dwarf 白雪公主，不要给人开门！
Báixuě gōngzhǔ, bú yào gěi rén kāi mén!
Snow White, don't open the door to anyone!
- Snow White 好，我不开门。谁来，我都不开！
Hǎo, wǒ bù kāi mén. Shéi lái, wǒ dōu bù kāi!
All right, I won't open it. Whoever comes, I won't open it!
- Narrator 小矮人白天去山里工作，晚上回家。
Xiǎo'ǎirén báitiān qù shān li gōngzuò, wǎnshang huí jiā.
By day the dwarfs worked in the mountains, and at night they came home.
- Narrator 王宫里，王后觉得白雪公主死了。一天晚上，她来到了魔镜前边。
Wánggōng li, wánghòu juéde Báixuě gōngzhǔ sǐ le. Yì tiān wǎnshang, tā lái dào le mójìng qiánbian.
In the palace, the Queen believed Snow White was dead. One evening, she came before the magic mirror.
- Snow White 小矮人说，王后会知道……她怎么会知道我在这儿呢？
Xiǎo'ǎirén shuō, wánghòu huì zhīdào… tā zěnme huì zhīdào wǒ zài zhèr ne?
The dwarfs said the Queen would find out... How could she ever know I'm here?
