Millions of riders deliver meals and medicine across Chinese cities every day, often racing a timer on the app. Along the southern and eastern coasts, typhoon season runs through summer and autumn.
Did you know?
- 外卖 (wàimài) means takeaway, and a delivery rider is a 骑手 (qíshǒu).
- 单 (dān) is an order, so 最后一单 is “the last order.”
