Frequently asked questions
Does this workbook include current routes or fares?
No. Every route and place in the exercises is fictional. Check live maps, posted signs, and local transport sources for current lines, stops, fares, hours, and service changes.
Should I say an address from memory to a driver?
A written destination or map pin is safer than pronunciation alone. Show it, say 请送我到这个地址, and confirm the destination before moving.
Will every Mandarin-speaking region use identical transit words?
No. Vocabulary and local systems vary. These are broadly useful standard-Mandarin starter questions; follow the wording on local signs when it differs.
Can I use the workbook without audio?
Yes. All target language includes Hanzi, tone-marked pinyin, and English. Audio can help later but is not required to complete any task.
