Li Jing ran out through the gate. Nezha rose on his Wind Fire Wheels and flew right after him.
- Nezha 爸爸！你给我站住！你不要再跑了！
Bàba! Nǐ gěi wǒ zhànzhù! Nǐ bú yào zài pǎo le!
Dad! Stop right there! Don't run!
- Li Jing 哪吒！你先冷静下来，听我说，好不好？
Nézhā! Nǐ xiān lěngjìng xiàlái, tīng wǒ shuō, hǎo bù hǎo?
Nezha! Listen to me first, all right?

Fine, fine, fine! Sorry! Sorry! Now stop chasing me, all right?
- Nezha 这个不算！你说的时候，没有想着我的庙！
Zhège bú suàn! Nǐ shuō de shíhòu, méiyǒu xiǎng zhe wǒ de miào!
That doesn't count! You didn't think about my temple when you said it!
- Li Jing 想着庙？我正在跑步呢！
Xiǎng zhe miào? Wǒ zhèngzài pǎobù ne!
Think about the temple? I'm in the middle of running!
- Nezha 风火轮那么快，连龙王都追得上，你跑不了的！

The wheels are so fast, you can't get away!
- Li Jing 我知道！可是我不能站在这儿，让你打我！

I know! But I can't just stand here and let you hit me!
- Li Jing 我的儿子在追我……我要去找我的老朋友。

My son is chasing me... I have to go to my old friend.
- Li Jing 燃灯道人，我的老朋友，请你快来救救我吧！

Randeng Daoren, please save me!
- Nezha 你跑到哪儿去了？啊，那边有一个山洞，你进去了！
Nǐ pǎo dào nǎr qù le? A, nàbiān yǒu yí gè shāndòng, nǐ jìnqù le!
Where did you go? Ah, there's a cave over there, and you went in!
- Randeng Daoren 谁在外面，这么吵？
Shuí zài wàimiàn, zhème chǎo?
Who's outside making such a racket?
- Li Jing 燃灯道人！我的儿子要打我，请你救救我！
Rándēng Dàorén! Wǒ de érzi yào dǎ wǒ, qǐng nǐ jiùjiù wǒ!
Randeng Daoren! My son wants to hit me. Please save me!
- Randeng Daoren 李将军？你怎么跑成这个样子？
Lǐ jiāngjūn? Nǐ zěnme pǎo chéng zhège yàngzi?
General Li? Why are you running around like this?
- Li Jing 他生我的气了。他的身体是莲花做的，可是他的火，我真的怕。
Tā shēng wǒ de qì le. Tā de shēntǐ shì liánhuā zuò de, kěshì tā de huǒ, wǒ zhēn de pà.
He's angry with me. His fire truly frightens me.
- Randeng Daoren 你的儿子？好，你先进来。我来跟他说话。
Nǐ de érzi? Hǎo, nǐ xiān jìnlái. Wǒ lái gēn tā shuōhuà.
Your son? All right, come in first. I'll talk to him.
- Nezha 老爷爷，我爸爸在你这儿吗？请你让他出来！
Lǎoyéye, wǒ bàba zài nǐ zhèr ma? Qǐng nǐ ràng tā chūlái!
Old man, is my dad in there? Please make him come out!
- Randeng Daoren 小朋友，你别着急。先来看看我的灯，好吗？
Xiǎopéngyou, nǐ bié zháojí. Xiān lái kànkàn wǒ de dēng, hǎo ma?
Little one, don't be so hasty. Come and look at my lamp first, will you?
- Nezha 我不看灯！我只想找我的爸爸，你让开！
Wǒ bù kàndēng! Wǒ zhǐ xiǎng zhǎo wǒ de bàba, nǐ ràngkāi!
I don't want to see a lamp! I only want my dad!

He smashed my temple and said he's afraid of me! He's my dad!
- Randeng Daoren 我明白了。可是追着爸爸跑，你就会开心吗？

I understand. But will chasing your father make you happy?
- Nezha 我……我不知道……

- Randeng Daoren 你看，我这里有一样东西。你不要怕，看一看。
Nǐ kàn, wǒ zhèlǐ yǒu yíyàng dōngxi. Nǐ bú yào pà, kàn yi kàn.
