A little golden pagoda calms Nezha's fire, and his father finally says the words he needed to hear. But Taiyi brings news of a new journey.

- Randeng Daoren 我什么也没有做。是这座宝塔在说话。
Wǒ shénme yě méiyǒu zuò. Shì zhè zuò bǎotǎ zài shuōhuà.
I did nothing at all. It's this pagoda that speaks.
- Randeng Daoren 它能让很大的火，慢慢冷下来。
Tā néng ràng hěn dà de huǒ, mànmàn lěng xiàlái.
It can make even a very big fire cool down, slowly.

Bǎotǎ? Wǒ yìdiǎnr yě bú pà!
A pagoda? I'm not the least bit afraid!
- Randeng Daoren 我知道你不怕。那你愿不愿意听一听你爸爸说话？
Wǒ zhīdao nǐ bú pà. Nà nǐ yuàn bu yuànyì tīng yi tīng nǐ bàba shuōhuà?
I know you're not. Then will you listen to what your father has to say?
- Li Jing 哪吒……我怕的不是你。我怕我做不好你的爸爸。
Nézhā… Wǒ pà de bú shì nǐ. Wǒ pà wǒ zuò bù hǎo nǐ de bàba.
Nezha... it isn't you I'm afraid of. I'm afraid I can't be a good father to you.
- Nezha 真的吗？你怕的是这个？
Zhēn de ma? Nǐ pà de shì zhège?
Really? That's what you're afraid of?
- Li Jing 你走了以后，我天天晚上睡不着。庙里的花，我看一次，难过一次。
Nǐ zǒu le yǐhòu, wǒ tiāntiān wǎnshàng shuì bù zháo. Miàolǐ de huā, wǒ kàn yí cì, nánguò yí cì.
After you left, I couldn't sleep at night for days. Every time I saw the flowers in the temple, I felt sad again.
- Li Jing 我打坏庙，是因为我想忘了你。可是我怎么也忘不了。
Wǒ dǎhuài miào, shì yīnwèi wǒ xiǎng wàng le nǐ. Kěshì wǒ zěnme yě wàng bù liǎo.
I smashed the temple because I wanted to forget you. But I could never forget you.
- Li Jing 对不起，哪吒。爸爸真的对不起你。
Duìbuqǐ, Nézhā. Bàba zhēn de duìbuqǐ nǐ.
I'm sorry, Nezha. Your father is truly sorry.
- Nezha 你说了……这一次，你是真的说了。
Nǐ shuō le… Zhè yí cì, nǐ shì zhēn de shuō le.
You said it... this time you really did.
- Nezha 我也不该拿火尖枪对着你。对不起，爸爸。
Wǒ yě bù gāi ná huǒjiānqiāng duì zhe nǐ. Duìbuqǐ, bàba.
I shouldn't have pointed my Fire-Tipped Spear at you either. Sorry, Dad.
- Randeng Daoren 好孩子。李将军，这座宝塔，我送给你。
Hǎo háizi. Lǐ jiāngjūn, zhè zuò bǎotǎ, wǒ sònggěi nǐ.
Good child. General Li, I give you this pagoda.
- Li Jing 送给我？我不明白。
Sònggěi wǒ? Wǒ bù míngbái.
Give it to me? I don't understand.
- Randeng Daoren 以后哪吒的火太大的时候，你举起宝塔，他就会想一想。
Yǐhòu Nézhā de huǒtàidà de shíhòu, nǐ jǔqǐ bǎotǎ, tā jiù huì xiǎng yi xiǎng.
From now on, when Nezha's fire grows too big, hold up the pagoda and he will stop to think.
- Nezha 哈哈，那我以后都不能生气了吗？
Hāhā, nà wǒ yǐhòu dōu bù néng shēngqì le ma?
Ha ha, so I can never get angry again?
- Randeng Daoren 你可以生气，只是要先想一想。
Nǐ kěyǐ shēngqì, zhǐshì yào xiān xiǎng yi xiǎng.
You may. Just think first.
- Narrator 几天以后，翠屏山上，新的小庙做好了。
Jǐ tiān yǐhòu, Cuìpíng Shān shàng, xīn de xiǎomiào zuòhǎo le.
A few days later, on Cuiping Mountain, the new little temple was finished.
- Nezha 爸爸，柱子可以再红一点吗？
Bàba, zhùzi kěyǐ zài hóng yì diǎn ma?
Dad, can the pillars be a little redder?
- Li Jing 红的、金的，都可以。你是这个庙的主人。
Hóng de, jīn de, dōu kěyǐ. Nǐ shì zhège miào de zhǔrén.
Red, gold, whatever you like. You are the master of this temple.
- Nezha 那你会来看我吗？
Nà nǐ huì láikàn wǒ ma?
Will you come and see me?
- Li Jing 我天天都来，还会给你带花。
Wǒ tiāntiān dōu lái, hái huì gěi nǐ dàihuā.
I'll come every day, and I'll bring you flowers.
- Taiyi Zhenren 哈哈哈！好爸爸，好儿子！我看见了！
Hāhāhā! Hǎo bàba, hǎo érzi! Wǒ kànjiàn le!
Ha ha ha! A good father and a good son! I saw it all!
- Nezha 师父！你怎么来了？
Shīfu! Nǐ zěnme lái le?
Master! What are you doing here?
- Taiyi Zhenren 我飞了很远，只为告诉你一件有意思的事。
Wǒ fēi le hěn yuǎn, zhǐ wèi gàosù nǐ yí jiàn yǒuyìsi de shì.
I flew a long way just to tell you something interesting.
- Taiyi Zhenren 渭河边有一位老人，叫姜太公。他天天钓鱼，可是他的钩是直的。
Wèi Hé biān yǒu yí wèi lǎorén, jiào Jiāng Tàigōng. Tā tiāntiān diàoyú, kěshì tā de gōu shì zhí de.
By the Wei River there's an old man named Jiang Taigong. He fishes every day, but his hook is straight.
- Nezha 直的钩？那他钓什么呢？
Zhí de gōu? Nà tā diào shénme ne?
A straight hook? Then what is he catching?
- Taiyi Zhenren 他在等一个国王，也在等你这个小神仙。去帮他吧！
Tā zài děng yí gè guówáng, yě zài děng nǐ zhège xiǎo shénxiān. Qù bāng tā ba!
He's waiting for a king, and for you, little immortal. Go and help him!
- Nezha 钓国王？太有意思了！师父，我现在就去！
Diào guówáng? Tài yǒuyìsi le! Shīfu, wǒ xiànzài jiù qù!
Fishing for a king? That's so interesting! Master, I'm going right now!
