The strongman walked far under the earth. It was dark and cold.

So cold… This is the world below. Is it the home of Hades?
- Hades 你是谁？你为什么到这儿来？

I am Hercules. The king wants me to take your big dog.
- Hades 你说刻耳柏洛斯吗？它有三个头。
Nǐ shuō Kè'ěrbǎiluòsī ma? Tā yǒu sān gè tóu.
You mean Cerberus? It has three heads.
- Hercules 我知道。我想带它走一天，我会带它回来。
Wǒ zhīdào. Wǒ xiǎng dài tā zǒu yì tiān, wǒ huì dài tā huílái.
I know. I'd like to take it for a day, and I'll bring it back.
- Hades 好，可是你不能打它。
Hǎo, kěshì nǐ bù néng dǎ tā.
Very well, but you may not hit it.
- Hades 不能用你的手打它，要用你的心。
Bù néng yòng nǐ de shǒu dǎ tā, yào yòng nǐ de xīn.
Not with your hands. Use your heart.
- Hercules 不打它？好，我不打它，我说到做到。
Bù dǎ tā? Hǎo, wǒ bù dǎ tā, wǒ shuō dào zuò dào.
Not hit it? Good. I won't hit it. I keep my word.
- Hercules 你好，大狗，你别怕，我是朋友。
Nǐ hǎo, dà gǒu, nǐ bié pà, wǒ shì péngyou.
Hello, big dog. Don't be afraid, I'm a friend.
- Hercules 三个头，六只大眼睛……你饿了吗？
Sān gè tóu, liù zhī dà yǎnjing… Nǐ è le ma?
Three heads, six big eyes… Are you hungry?
- Hercules 来，闻一闻我的手，好不好？
Lái, wén yi wén wǒ de shǒu, hǎo bu hǎo?
Come, sniff my hand. All right?
- Hercules 你看，我的手上什么也没有。
Nǐ kàn, wǒ de shǒu shàng shénme yě méiyǒu.
See? There's nothing in my hand.
- Hercules 你想不想去山上？山上有很大很热的太阳！
Nǐ xiǎng bu xiǎng qù shān shàng? Shān shàng yǒu hěn dà hěn rè de tàiyáng!
Do you want to go up the mountain? There's a big, warm sun up there!
- Cerberus 太阳？好……我想去看看太阳。
Tàiyáng? Hǎo… wǒ xiǎng qù kànkan tàiyáng.
The sun? Yes… I want to go and see the sun.
- Hercules 你看，三个头都在笑了！
Nǐ kàn, sān gè tóu dōu zài xiào le!
Look, all three heads are smiling!
- Hades 它笑了……好多年，它都没有笑过了。
Tā xiào le… Hǎo duō nián, tā dōu méiyǒu xiào guo le.
It's smiling… It hasn't smiled in many years.
- Hades 你带它去吧，可是你要带它回来。
Nǐ dài tā qù ba, kěshì nǐ yào dài tā huílái.
Take it, but you must bring it back.
- Hercules 谢谢你，哈迪斯，我说话算话！
Xièxie nǐ, Hādísī, wǒ shuōhuà suànhuà!
Thank you, Hades. I keep my word!
- King Eurystheus 啊！三个头！你快带它走开！
A! Sān gè tóu! Nǐ kuài dài tā zǒukāi!
Ah! Three heads! Take it away, quick!
- Hercules 国王，你别怕，它是好狗。
Guówáng, nǐ bié pà, tā shì hǎo gǒu.
King, don't be afraid. It's a good dog.
- King Eurystheus 我不怕！我在……我在找东西！
Wǒ bú pà! Wǒ zài… wǒ zài zhǎo dōngxi!
I'm not afraid! I'm just… looking for something!
- Hercules 你在一个大缸里找东西吗？
Nǐ zài yí gè dà gāng lǐ zhǎo dōngxi ma?
You're looking for something inside a big jar?
- King Eurystheus 我不出来！你走吧，十二件事都做好了！
Wǒ bù chūlái! Nǐ zǒu ba, shí'èr jiàn shì dōu zuò hǎo le!
I'm not coming out! Go away, all twelve tasks are done!
- Hercules 真的吗？那我自由了吗？
Zhēn de ma? Nà wǒ zìyóu le ma?
Really? Then I'm free?
- King Eurystheus 自由了，你自由了，快走吧！
Zìyóu le, nǐ zìyóu le, kuài zǒu ba!
Free! You're free! Now go!
- Hercules 大狗，我先送你回家，然后我也回家。
Dà gǒu, wǒ xiān sòng nǐ huíjiā, ránhòu wǒ yě huíjiā.
Big dog, first I'll take you home. Then I'll go home too.
- Hercules 以后你想看太阳，我就带你来，我们是朋友了！
Yǐhòu nǐ xiǎng kàn tàiyáng, wǒ jiù dài nǐ lái, wǒmen shì péngyou le!
Whenever you want to see the sun, I'll bring you. We're friends now!
