Shì a, méiyǒu rénzhù de xiǎodǎo, zhǐyǒu shānyáng. Nǐ zěnme zhèyàng kànzhe wǒ?
Yes, an island where nobody lives, only goats. Why are you looking at me like that?
- Edmond Dantès 没什么。让我在那个岛下船吧，我想休息几天。
Méishénme. Ràng wǒ zài nàge dǎo xiàchuán ba, wǒ xiǎng xiūxi jǐtiān.
Nothing. Let me off at that island. I'd like to rest for a few days.
- Jacopo 一个人住在有山羊的岛上？你的脑子是不是被海水泡坏了？
Yí gè rénzhù zài yǒu shānyáng de dǎoshàng? Nǐ de nǎozi shìbúshì bèi hǎishuǐ pàohuài le?

Three days... that's enough. Thank you for saving me. I won't forget it.
- Edmond Dantès 神父给我的那张纸，一个字也没忘。从海边数二十块石头，往右边走。
Shénfù gěi wǒ de nà zhāngzhǐ, yí gè zì yě méi wàng. Cóng hǎibiān shù èrshíkuài shítou, wǎngyòubiān zǒu.
The paper Father gave me, I haven't forgotten a single word. Count twenty stones from the shore and go right.
- Edmond Dantès 一，二，三……不对，我又数错了！神父，您说过，要冷静。

It's dark and deep in here... I need fire. Don't be afraid, Edmond, you lived in a cell for fourteen years. Are you afraid of the dark?

Zhème duō jīnzi, gòu mǎixià yí zuò chéng. Kěshì shísìnián, wǒ mǎi bù huílái.
So much gold could buy a whole town. But fourteen years, I can't buy back.
- Edmond Dantès 救我的人，我要好好谢他们。回马赛以前，我还要先做一个新的自己。
Jiù wǒ de rén, wǒyào hǎohǎo xiè tāmen. Huí Mǎsài yǐqián, wǒ háiyào xiān zuò yí gè xīn de zìjǐ.
The men who saved me, I will thank them properly. Before I return to Marseille, I must first make myself a new man.

First I must see my father and Mercedes. Fourteen years... are they well?
- Edmond Dantès 他一定老了，说不定还拄着那根木杖，站在门口等我。

He must be old now. Maybe he is still leaning on that wooden stick, standing at the door waiting for me.
- Edmond Dantès 可是那三个人，现在一定过得很舒服吧。邓格拉尔，费尔南，维尔福……
Kěshì nà sāngè rén, xiànzài yídìng guòdé hěn shūfú ba. Dènggélā'ěr, Fèi'ěrnán, Wéi'ěrfú…
But those three are surely living in comfort now. Danglars, Fernand, Villefort...
