Two in the Morning
半夜两点
Watson writes to Holmes about a noisy neighbor with a telescope, Sir Henry in love and a gift of old clothes. Then, at two in the morning, someone creeps past his door.

My dear Holmes, today is October the thirteenth, and I'm writing to you from Baskerville Hall.

Liǎng gè xīngqī le, méiyǒu rén zài kànjiànguo nàge táofàn. Tā shāguo rén, dàjiā wǎnshang dōu bù gǎn chūmén.
It's been two weeks, and nobody has seen the convict since. He's a killer, and no one dares go out at night.
- Dr. Watson 离庄园四英里，住着一位老先生，叫弗兰克兰。他这个人很特别。

Four miles from the Hall lives an old gentleman called Frankland. He's quite a character.

Look at the telescope up on my roof! I'm up there every day watching the moor. I can see everything!
- Dr. Watson 那您的望远镜，看见那个逃犯了吗？

- Mr. Frankland 还没有！可是我看得见你们庄园的两座塔，他跑不了！
Hái méiyǒu! Kěshì wǒ kàn de jiàn nǐmen zhuāngyuán de liǎng zuò tǎ, tā pǎo bu liǎo!
Not yet! But I can see the two towers of your Hall from here. He won't get away!
- Dr. Watson 福尔摩斯，有了这个望远镜，荒原上的事，他都知道。
Fú'ěrmósī, yǒu le zhège wàngyuǎnjìng, huāngyuán shang de shì, tā dōu zhīdào.
Holmes, with that telescope of his, he knows everything that happens on the moor.

And Sir Henry? He seems very taken with Miss Stapleton.

Watson, tell me, isn't Miss Stapleton the most beautiful woman in the world?

That's the third time you've asked me today.
- Sir Henry 可是她哥哥好像不高兴。我跟她说话的时候，他总是站在旁边。
Kěshì tā gēge hǎoxiàng bù gāoxìng. Wǒ gēn tā shuōhuà de shíhou, tā zǒngshì zhàn zài pángbiān.
But her brother doesn't seem pleased. Whenever I talk to her, he's always standing right there.
- Sir Henry 我明天还要去看她！
Wǒ míngtiān hái yào qù kàn tā!
I'm going to see her again tomorrow!
- Dr. Watson 巴里摩尔呢？亨利爵士问了他电报的事，他好像很难过。
Bālǐmó'ěr ne? Hēnglì Juéshì wèn le tā diànbào de shì, tā hǎoxiàng hěn nánguò.
And Barrymore? Sir Henry asked him about the telegram, and he seemed very hurt.
- Barrymore 先生，电报是我太太拿给我的，我马上就回了。您是不是觉得，我做了什么坏事？
Xiānsheng, diànbào shì wǒ tàitai ná gěi wǒ de, wǒ mǎshàng jiù huí le. Nín shì bu shì juéde, wǒ zuò le shénme huàishì?
Sir, my wife brought me the telegram, and I answered it at once. Do you think I've done something wrong?
- Sir Henry 不，不！巴里摩尔，我的旧衣服都送给你吧。那套深红色的衣服，也给你。
Bù, bù! Bālǐmó'ěr, wǒ de jiù yīfu dōu sònggěi nǐ ba. Nà tào shēnhóngsè de yīfu, yě gěi nǐ.
No, no! Barrymore, have all my old clothes. The dark red suit too, it's yours.
- Barrymore 谢谢您，先生！您真是一个好人。
Xièxie nín, xiānsheng! Nín zhēn shì yí gè hǎorén.
Thank you, sir! You are a good man.
- Dr. Watson 最奇怪的事，发生在昨天夜里两点。
Zuì qíguài de shì, fāshēng zài zuótiān yèli liǎng diǎn.
The strangest thing happened last night, at two in the morning.
- Dr. Watson 门外有人走过……这么晚了，是谁？
Mén wài yǒu rén zǒuguò… zhème wǎn le, shì shéi?
Someone's creeping past my door... at this hour? Who is it?
- Narrator 是巴里摩尔。他没穿鞋，拿着一支蜡烛，走进了一个没人住的房间。
Shì Bālǐmó'ěr. Tā méi chuān xié, názhe yì zhī làzhú, zǒu jìn le yí gè méi rén zhù de fángjiān.
It was Barrymore. He had no shoes on, and he carried a candle into an empty room.
- Dr. Watson 他要做什么？我拿着枪，跟过去看看。
Tā yào zuò shénme? Wǒ názhe qiāng, gēn guòqù kànkan.
What is he up to? I'll take my gun and follow him.
- Narrator 他走到窗户前面，把蜡烛举得高高的，一直看着外面黑黑的荒原。
Tā zǒu dào chuānghu qiánmiàn, bǎ làzhú jǔ de gāogāo de, yìzhí kànzhe wàimiàn hēihēi de huāngyuán.
He went to the window, held the candle up high, and stared out at the black moor.
- Dr. Watson 他一动也不动……外面什么也没有，他在等什么？

He's standing perfectly still... there's nothing out there. What is he waiting for?
- Barrymore 还是没有……

- Dr. Watson 他吹了蜡烛，房间里全黑了。我得快点回去！
Tā chuī le làzhú, fángjiān li quán hēi le. Wǒ děi kuài diǎn huíqù!
He's blown out the candle, and the room is pitch dark. I must get back, quickly!
- Dr. Watson 半夜两点，拿着蜡烛看荒原……巴里摩尔，你到底在找什么？
Bànyè liǎng diǎn, názhe làzhú kàn huāngyuán… Bālǐmó'ěr, nǐ dàodǐ zài zhǎo shénme?
