Minister Wang said he would give me to you. But Lord Dong keeps me in this courtyard with guards watching me every day, and I can't get out.
- Lu Bu 他是我爸爸，可是他不应该这样做！你不是他的东西！
Tā shì wǒ bàba, kěshì tā bù yīnggāi zhèyàng zuò! Nǐ bú shì tā de dōngxi!
He's my father, but he shouldn't do this! You are not his property!
- Diaochan 吕将军，我每天都在想你。看见你，我就不怕了。
Lǚ jiāngjūn, wǒ měi tiān dōu zài xiǎng nǐ. Kànjiàn nǐ, wǒ jiù bú pà le.
General Lu, I think of you every day. When I see you, I'm not afraid anymore.
- Lu Bu 我一定带你走。谁都不能拦我！我们今天晚上就走！
Wǒ yídìng dài nǐ zǒu. Shéi dōu bù néng lán wǒ! Wǒmen jīntiān wǎnshang jiù zǒu!
I will take you away. No one can stop me! We leave tonight!
- Dong Zhuo 吕布！你在我的院子里做什么？！
Lǚ Bù! Nǐ zài wǒ de yuànzi lǐ zuò shénme?!
Lu Bu! What are you doing in my courtyard?!
- Lu Bu 爸爸！我……我只是……
Bàba! Wǒ… wǒ zhǐshì…
Father! I... I was only...
- Dong Zhuo 你这个没良心的儿子！我给你马，给你官，你就这样对我？！
Nǐ zhège méi liángxīn de érzi! Wǒ gěi nǐ mǎ, gěi nǐ guān, nǐ jiù zhèyàng duì wǒ?!
You heartless son! I gave you a horse, I gave you rank, and this is how you treat me?!
- Lu Bu 爸爸！您……您用戟打我？！
Bàba! Nín… nín yòng jǐ dǎ wǒ?!

Jiāngjūn, zuò xià. Hē kǒu shuǐ. Mànmàn shuō.

- Wang Yun 外面下雨了，将军的衣服都湿了。先喝口热茶。
Wàimiàn xià yǔ le, jiāngjūn de yīfu dōu shī le. Xiān hē kǒu rè chá.
It's raining outside, General, and your clothes are soaked. Drink some hot tea first.
- Lu Bu 我只是和她说了几句话，他就那样对我。
Wǒ zhǐshì hé tā shuō le jǐ jù huà, tā jiù nàyàng duì wǒ.
I only spoke a few words to her, and he treated me like that.
- Wang Yun 将军，你姓吕，他姓董。一个真正的爸爸，会用戟打自己的儿子吗？连老虎也不会。

Tā bú dàn dǎ nǐ, hái liú xià le Diāochán. Tiānxià de rén, dōu zài děng yí gè rén zhàn chūlái.

Jiāngjūn shì tiānxià dì-yī de yǒngshì. Zhǐyǒu nǐ, kěyǐ zhàn dào Dǒng Zhuō shēnbiān.
General, you are the greatest warrior under heaven. Only you can stand at Dong Zhuo's side.
- Lu Bu 好。明天早上，我在宫门口等他。
Hǎo. Míngtiān zǎoshang, wǒ zài gōngmén kǒu děng tā.
Good. Tomorrow morning, I'll wait for him at the palace gate.
- Narrator 第二天早上，董卓走进宫门，再也没有走出来。
Dì-èr tiān zǎoshang, Dǒng Zhuō zǒujìn gōngmén, zài yě méiyǒu zǒu chūlái.
The next morning, Dong Zhuo walked through the palace gate and never came out again.
- Wang Yun 长安的天亮了。貂蝉，你做到了。
Cháng'ān de tiān liàng le. Diāochán, nǐ zuòdào le.
The sky over Chang'an is bright again. Diaochan, you did it.
- Diaochan 是大人做到的。我只是……对着两个人，笑了几次。
Shì dàren zuòdào de. Wǒ zhǐshì… duì zhe liǎng gè rén, xiào le jǐ cì.
It was you, my lord. I only... smiled at two men a few times.
- Lu Bu 貂蝉，我来接你了。我们走吧。
Diāochán, wǒ lái jiē nǐ le. Wǒmen zǒu ba.
Diaochan, I've come for you. Let's go.
- Diaochan 吕将军，你的手怎么这么凉？
Lǚ jiāngjūn, nǐ de shǒu zěnme zhème liáng?
General Lu, why are your hands so cold?
- Lu Bu 我……一夜没睡。我在想，以后我要做什么样的人。
Wǒ… yí yè méi shuì. Wǒ zài xiǎng, yǐhòu wǒ yào zuò shénme yàng de rén.
I... haven't slept all night. I've been thinking about what kind of man I want to be.
- Diaochan 去哪儿？长安以外的地方，我都没有去过。
Qù nǎr? Cháng'ān yǐwài de dìfang, wǒ dōu méiyǒu qù guo.
Where? I have never been anywhere outside Chang'an.
- Lu Bu 去一个没有战争的地方。
Qù yí gè méiyǒu zhànzhēng de dìfang.
To a place without war.
- Lu Bu 只有我们两个，还有赤兔马。
Zhǐyǒu wǒmen liǎng gè, hái yǒu Chìtùmǎ.
Just the two of us, and Red Hare.
- Diaochan 至少今天，长安很安静。
Zhìshǎo jīntiān, Cháng'ān hěn ānjìng.
At least today, Chang'an is quiet.
- Wang Yun 安静……可是天下还有很多个董卓。我听说，东边有一个叫曹操的人，正在收兵。
Ānjìng… kěshì tiānxià hái yǒu hěn duō gè Dǒng Zhuō. Wǒ tīngshuō, dōngbian yǒu yí gè jiào Cáo Cāo de rén, zhèngzài shōu bīng.
Quiet... but there are still many Dong Zhuos in the world. I hear a man named Cao Cao in the east is gathering soldiers.
