The stranger eats deer stew with the outlaws, then drops his grey cloak. Robin learns what King Richard really thinks of him, and where his real home is.

That evening everyone sat at the long table. There was bread, meat and hot soup.
- Friar Tuck 客人，多吃点儿！这块肉，是我最好的。

Guest, eat more! This is my best piece of meat.
- King Richard 好吃。不过……这是国王的肉吧？
Hǎochī. Búguò… zhè shì guówáng de ròu ba?
Delicious. But... is this the king's meat?

Cough! I... I mean, the deer walked into my pot by itself!
- Little John 对！鹿也想认识我们！
Duì! Lù yě xiǎng rènshi wǒmen!
Right! The deer wanted to meet us!
- King Richard 哈哈。那你们的国王，是个什么样的人？
Hāhā. Nà nǐmen de guówáng, shì ge shénme yàng de rén?
Ha ha. So what kind of man is your king?
- Robin Hood 国王离开英国，很久没有回来了。
Guówáng líkāi Yīngguó, hěn jiǔ méiyǒu huílái le.
The king left England and hasn't come back for a long time.
- Robin Hood 他不在，警长就什么都拿。穷人没有饭吃，我只是帮他们。
Tā bú zài, jǐngzhǎng jiù shénme dōu ná. Qióngrén méiyǒu fàn chī, wǒ zhǐshì bāng tāmen.
While he's away the Sheriff takes everything. The poor have nothing to eat, and I only help them.
- King Richard 你不怕被抓吗？
Nǐ bú pà bèi zhuā ma?
Aren't you afraid of being caught?
- Robin Hood 怕。可是我更怕有人饿肚子。
Pà. Kěshì wǒ gèng pà yǒu rén è dùzi.
I am. But I'm more afraid of people going hungry.
- King Richard 罗宾汉，你的森林里，有我的位子吗？
Luóbīnhàn, nǐ de sēnlín lǐ, yǒu wǒ de wèizi ma?
Robin Hood, is there a place for me in your forest?
- Robin Hood 当然有。今天，你就是我们的朋友。
Dāngrán yǒu. Jīntiān, nǐ jiù shì wǒmen de péngyou.
Of course. Today you are our friend.
- Friar Tuck 罗宾，他吃了三块鹿肉，一点儿也不客气。他到底是谁啊？
Luóbīn, tā chī le sān kuài lùròu, yìdiǎnr yě bú kèqi. Tā dàodǐ shì shéi a?
Robin, he's eaten three pieces of venison without any politeness. Who on earth is he?
- Little John 罗宾，你看他的手。那个金戒指，真大。
Luóbīn, nǐ kàn tā de shǒu. Nà ge jīn jièzhi, zhēn dà.
Robin, look at his hand. That gold ring is huge.
- Robin Hood 我也觉得，他不是普通人。他说话的样子，很不一样。
Wǒ yě juéde, tā bú shì pǔtōng rén. Tā shuōhuà de yàngzi, hěn bù yíyàng.
I think so too, he's no ordinary man. The way he speaks is different.
- Narrator 饭后，客人站了起来，慢慢脱下灰色的衣服。
Fàn hòu, kèrén zhàn le qǐlái, mànmàn tuōxià huīsè de yīfu.
After the meal the guest stood up and slowly took off his grey cloak.
- King Richard 我不是路过的人。我是理查，英国的国王。
Wǒ bú shì lùguò de rén. Wǒ shì Lǐchá, Yīngguó de guówáng.
I am not a traveler. I am Richard, the King of England.
- Little John 国……国王？！
Guó… guówáng?!
The... the king?!
- Robin Hood 陛下！我射了您的鹿。我知道，我做错了。
Bìxià! Wǒ shè le nín de lù. Wǒ zhīdào, wǒ zuò cuò le.
Your Majesty! I shot your deer. I know I was wrong.
- King Richard 站起来，罗宾汉。我走了很远的路，看到的，都是没有饭吃的穷人。
Zhàn qǐlái, Luóbīnhàn. Wǒ zǒu le hěn yuǎn de lù, kàndào de, dōu shì méiyǒu fàn chī de qióngrén.
Stand up, Robin Hood. I walked a long way, and everywhere I saw poor people with nothing to eat.
- King Richard 我也听说了你和你朋友的事。
Wǒ yě tīngshuō le nǐ hé nǐ péngyou de shì.
I have also heard about you and your friends.
- King Richard 从今天起，你们都是自由的人。谁也不能再抓你们。
Cóng jīntiān qǐ, nǐmen dōu shì zìyóu de rén. Shéi yě bù néng zài zhuā nǐmen.
From today you are all free men. No one may arrest you anymore.
- Friar Tuck 自由了！那我不用偷偷吃鹿肉了！
Zìyóu le! Nà wǒ bú yòng tōutōu chī lùròu le!
Free! Then I don't have to eat venison in secret anymore!
- King Richard 可以，但是只吃一点儿。鹿也要有家。
Kěyǐ, dànshì zhǐ chī yìdiǎnr. Lù yě yào yǒu jiā.
You may, but only a little. Deer need a home too.
- Little John 太好了！以后我们可以在大太阳下面，好好地吃一顿饭！
Tài hǎo le! Yǐhòu wǒmen kěyǐ zài dà tàiyáng xiàmiàn, hǎohāo de chī yí dùn fàn!
Wonderful! From now on we can have a proper meal in the bright sunshine!
- Robin Hood 谢谢您，陛下。我一直想，有一天能不用再躲。
Xièxie nín, bìxià. Wǒ yìzhí xiǎng, yǒu yì tiān néng bú yòng zài duǒ.
Thank you, Your Majesty. I always hoped that one day I would not have to hide anymore.
- King Richard 你们在森林里帮助穷人，比很多骑士做得更好。
Nǐmen zài sēnlín lǐ bāngzhù qióngrén, bǐ hěn duō qíshì zuò de gèng hǎo.
You help the poor in this forest, and you do it better than many knights.
- Narrator 第二天早上，太阳很好。玛丽安来了，警长也来了，低着头。
Dì-èr tiān zǎoshang, tàiyáng hěn hǎo. Mǎlì'ān lái le, jǐngzhǎng yě lái le, dīzhe tóu.
The next morning the sun was bright. Marian came, and the Sheriff came too, with his head bowed.
- The Sheriff 罗宾汉……国王说，我不能再拿穷人的钱。我……对不起。
Luóbīnhàn… guówáng shuō, wǒ bù néng zài ná qióngrén de qián. Wǒ… duìbuqǐ.
Robin Hood... the king says I may no longer take the poor people's money. I... I'm sorry.
- Robin Hood 警长大人，只要你以后公平，我们就是朋友。
Jǐngzhǎng dàren, zhǐyào nǐ yǐhòu gōngpíng, wǒmen jiù shì péngyou.
My lord Sheriff, as long as you are fair from now on, we are friends.
- Maid Marian 罗宾，现在你可以回家了。你的家，有门，有窗，还有床。
Luóbīn, xiànzài nǐ kěyǐ huíjiā le. Nǐ de jiā, yǒu mén, yǒu chuāng, hái yǒu chuáng.
Robin, now you can go home. A home with a door, windows and a bed.
- Robin Hood 家？我的家，就是这片森林。
Jiā? Wǒ de jiā, jiù shì zhè piàn sēnlín.
Home? My home is this forest.
- Maid Marian 我就知道你会这样说。那我常来看你。
Wǒ jiù zhīdào nǐ huì zhèyàng shuō. Nà wǒ cháng lái kàn nǐ.
I knew you'd say that. Then I'll come and visit often.
- Robin Hood 好。来的时候，带一支新的箭。这片森林，永远欢迎朋友！
Hǎo. Lái de shíhou, dài yì zhī xīn de jiàn. Zhè piàn sēnlín, yǒngyuǎn huānyíng péngyou!
Good. When you come, bring a new arrow. This forest will always welcome friends!
