- Fang Xiaoyu 高老师在屋顶留了一个盒子。可是屋顶的门锁着，只有张阿姨有钥匙。
Gāo lǎoshī zài wūdǐng liú le yí gè hézi. Kěshì wūdǐng de mén suǒzhe, zhǐyǒu Zhāng āyí yǒu yàoshi.
Mr. Gao left a box on the roof. But the roof door is locked, and only Auntie Zhang has the key.
- Old Chen 这三个月，她每个星期六晚上，都一个人坐在楼下，什么话也不说。
Zhè sān gè yuè, tā měi gè xīngqī liù wǎnshang, dōu yí gè rén zuò zài lóuxià, shénme huà yě bù shuō.
For three months now, every Saturday night she sits downstairs alone and says nothing.
- Grandma Wu 高老师走以前，给了我一封信。他说，这是给张阿姨的，可是要等新邻居找到盒子。
Gāo lǎoshī zǒu yǐqián, gěi le wǒ yì fēng xìn. Tā shuō, zhè shì gěi Zhāng āyí de, kěshì yào děng xīn línjū zhǎodào hézi.
Before he left, Mr. Gao gave me a letter. He said it's for Auntie Zhang, but I must wait until the new neighbor finds the box.
- Fang Xiaoyu 我就是那个新邻居！
Wǒ jiùshì nàge xīn línjū!
I'm that new neighbor!
- Grandma Wu 对。可是这封信，现在还不能给。你要先打开盒子。
Duì. Kěshì zhè fēng xìn, xiànzài hái bù néng gěi. Nǐ yào xiān dǎkāi hézi.
Right. But I can't give the letter yet. You have to open the box first.
- Old Chen 盒子在屋顶。屋顶在张阿姨那里。张阿姨在生气。这到底是什么游戏？
Hézi zài wūdǐng. Wūdǐng zài Zhāng āyí nàlǐ. Zhāng āyí zài shēngqì. Zhè dàodǐ shì shénme yóuxì?
The box is on the roof. The roof is with Auntie Zhang. Auntie Zhang is upset. What kind of game is this?
- Fang Xiaoyu 这是高老师的游戏。
Zhè shì Gāo lǎoshī de yóuxì.
It's Mr. Gao's game.
- Grandma Wu 他到底在哪儿？他为什么不自己回来？
