The Witch of the West

The friends walk west toward a black house while something flies overhead. Soon Dorothy stands alone before a witch who wants her silver shoes.

They walked west. The road was long, the wind was strong, and the sky was dark.
- Dorothy 你们看！那边有一座大黑房子！
Nǐmen kàn! Nàbiān yǒu yí zuò dà hēi fángzi!
Look! There's a big black house over there!
- Cowardly Lion 那是她的家吗？我不想去……我想回家。
Nà shì tā de jiā ma? Wǒ bù xiǎng qù… wǒ xiǎng huíjiā.
Is that her home? I don't want to go... I want to go home.

They're coming! Everyone run!
- Cowardly Lion 妈妈！我要回家！
Māma! Wǒ yào huíjiā!
Mommy! I want to go home!
- Tin Woodman 多萝西，看好托托！
Duōluóxī, kànhǎo Tuōtuō!
Dorothy, hold on to Toto!
- Scarecrow 多萝西！我的草！我的草都飞了！
Duōluóxī! Wǒ de cǎo! Wǒ de cǎo dōu fēi le!
Dorothy! My straw! All my straw is flying away!
- Dorothy 稻草人！铁皮人！狮子！你们在哪儿？
Dàocǎorén! Tiěpírén! Shīzi! Nǐmen zài nǎr?
Scarecrow! Tin Man! Lion! Where are you?
- Witch of the West 哈哈！小朋友，你来了。欢迎来我家！
Hāhā! Xiǎo péngyou, nǐ lái le. Huānyíng lái wǒ jiā!
Ha ha! So, little one, you've come. Welcome to my home!
- Dorothy 我的朋友呢？你把他们怎么样了？
Wǒ de péngyou ne? Nǐ bǎ tāmen zěnmeyàng le?
Where are my friends? What have you done to them?
- Witch of the West 他们在外面。我只要你的银鞋。
Tāmen zài wàimiàn. Wǒ zhǐ yào nǐ de yínxié.
They're outside. I only want your silver shoes.
- Dorothy 不给！这是好女巫给我的！
Bù gěi! Zhè shì hǎo nǚwū gěi wǒ de!
No! The good witch gave them to me!
- Witch of the West 那你在我家做饭，洗衣服，每天都做！
Nà nǐ zài wǒ jiā zuòfàn, xǐ yīfu, měitiān dōu zuò!
Then you can cook and wash clothes in my house, every single day!
- Dorothy 我不做！我要回家！
Wǒ bú zuò! Wǒ yào huíjiā!
I won't! I want to go home!
- Witch of the West 哎呀，你看，那是什么？
Āiyā, nǐ kàn, nà shì shénme?
Oh my, look! What is that?
- Dorothy 哎哟！我的鞋！你拿了我的鞋！
Āiyō! Wǒ de xié! Nǐ ná le wǒ de xié!
Ouch! My shoe! You took my shoe!
- Witch of the West 哈哈哈！这只银鞋是我的了！
Hāhāhā! Zhè zhī yínxié shì wǒ de le!
Ha ha ha! This silver shoe is mine now!
- Dorothy 还给我！看，我有一杯水！
Huán gěi wǒ! Kàn, wǒ yǒu yì bēi shuǐ!
Give it back! Look, I have a cup of water!
- Witch of the West 一杯水？哈哈哈！你的朋友不会来！
Yì bēi shuǐ? Hāhāhā! Nǐ de péngyou bú huì lái!
A cup of water? Ha ha ha! Your friends will not come!
- Dorothy 你太坏了！喝水吧！
Nǐ tài huài le! Hē shuǐ ba!
You're too wicked! Here, drink!
- Witch of the West 水！不要水！我要不见了！
Shuǐ! Bú yào shuǐ! Wǒ yào bú jiàn le!
Water! No water! I'm going to vanish!
- Dorothy 什么？你怎么了？
Shénme? Nǐ zěnme le?
What? What's happening to you?
- Witch of the West 我……不见了……
Wǒ… bú jiàn le…
I... am gone...
- Dorothy 她……不见了。银鞋在这儿！
Tā… bú jiàn le. Yínxié zài zhèr!
She... is gone. And my silver shoe is here!
- Scarecrow 多萝西！我们在这儿！大家都好！
Duōluóxī! Wǒmen zài zhèr! Dàjiā dōu hǎo!
Dorothy! We're over here! We're all fine!
- Dorothy 太好了！走，回翡翠城！巫师说过，会送我回家！
Tài hǎo le! Zǒu, huí Fěicuìchéng! Wūshī shuō guo, huì sòng wǒ huíjiā!
Wonderful! Come on, back to the Emerald City! The Wizard said he'd send me home!
